1. UK GDPR and Data Protection Commitment

First Line Operators is engineered to meet the stringent data protection requirements established under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Because our operational center is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, we implement international transfer mechanisms that ensure an equivalent level of protection to that provided under UK law.

2. Standard Contractual Safeguards

Every commercial agreement with our UK clients is accompanied by a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) incorporating:

• The UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Specific controller instructions and data processing limits.
• Mandatory confidentiality undertakings for all operational staff.
• Audit rights and regulatory breach notification procedures (SLA: notification within 24 hours).

3. Physical and Environmental Facility Security

Our Dhaka command facility operates with strict security controls:

• Biometric and keycard access to all operational control rooms.
• Clean-desk policy: operators are prohibited from having mobile phones, recording devices, or paper notes at operational terminals.
• Local storage disabled: workstation terminals operate on sandboxed virtualized desktops without USB write access or local drive saving.
• Encrypted telecommunications: all voice lines are routed over encrypted TLS/SRTP SIP channels.
